Saturday Races-
Race 1
American Thunder- Starting on the front row of the grid for this race left me in a battle to turn 1 with @zedex_tenahr and @danny_ruthless . I wasn’t completely thrilled with where I ended up but I was also trying to prevent grinding through hard parts on the bike. Battling ground clearance and trying to chase down these 2, I finished taking the 3rd place podium finish.
Race 2
CVMA Hooligans- The grid this weekend was completely stacked. @jayson36uribe disappeared on the first lap running low 1:49s on the triumph. There was a bit of distance between the guys in front of me and the guys behind me so it was a lonely race this time. Wind was a little rough but continued to make strides in the right direction. Overall was able to stay mid pack.
Sunday Races-
Race 1
American Thunder- The start of this race was wild. I think @zedex_tenahr and I were determined to become one racer going into turn 1 this time 😂. Held @danny_ruthlass off until the back straight then his monster of a bagger just powered past me. I ran into traffic early on and conditions weren’t the best. With some changes made, we were able to drop consistently into the 2:01s every lap. Ground clearance was still a major issue here but made up the time in different areas. Secured another 3rd place podium finish.
Race 2
CVMA Hooligans- Last race of the weekend and again it was a lonely race. Really got to work on some lines this time and try a few new things without worrying about loosing a position. Didn’t finish where I would have liked but at the same time I was not disappointed.
I have to thank @toceperformance for getting this Indian FTR 1200 ready to take on any grid. Thank you to @kytamericas for being on board this year and keeping me safe. Thank you @braketech_usa for coming on board, can’t wait to get those new rotors out there to keep passing people on the brakes. Thank you to @truthbetoldapparelusa for coming on board, can’t wait to show off the new pit look! Thank you to @bludlubricantsfor protecting the heart of our bikes! Thank you to @racersedgeperformance for providing @ridedunlop . Huge shoutout to @cvmaracing for providing us an awesome organization to come race in.
